Our client suffered a head injury when she was ejected from Hellgate’s boat during a four boat spin maneuver on the Rogue River. We alleged that two other Hellgate Boats went over the top of her while she struggled to come to the surface. The lawsuit alleged $7.1M in damages as a result of the injuries. It settled for a confidential, but satisfactory, amount. The spin maneuver is no longer permitted.
