We are proud to represent Scott Clark, a whistleblower who uncovered Medicare fraud by his employer and reported it to the US government. He worked for a pharmaceutical company that jacked up the price of their drug from $50 to over $32,000 a dose. The government investigated and has now intervened in support of his qui tam case under the False Claims Act.

“We sincerely thank the relators in this case. Together with their lawyers, these three citizens provided essential assistance to the government throughout its investigation. Without their willingness to shed light on allegations of fraud, preserving government program funds would be far more challenging,” said U.S. Attorney McSwain.
